Three Models for Technology Program
Management Engagement:
Basic PMO
Supports a single complex project such as an Enterprise Application
implementation or Data Center Upgrade, and manages the planning, cost,

Divisional PMO
This is typically at the organizational level and integrate both

The Enterprise PMO serves the entire organization and focuses on
